Dr. Martinez is an Otolaryngologist who has a diverse clinical and educational background in Otolaryngology, plastic surgery and healthcare management consulting. He is currently board certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Martinez has contributed to several research publications and conference presentations. He is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys juggling, tennis, and swimming in his free time. His philosophy of care involves taking extra time to truly understand the nature of medical concerns through a patient-centered, contextual approach. Dr. Martinez graduated with “Special Recognition in Medical Ethics and Humanities” while earning his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Tampa, FL. He was a Surgical Intern at University of Virginia Health Sciences Center, Charlottesville, VA. He graduated from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH with honors while earning a B.A. in Psychology as well as several awards and grants.
